Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to SuperMillionHair.us within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, SuperMillionHair.us reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.  SuperMillionHair.us can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Original Packaging 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, factory sealed.

In most cases, other than returns for store credit or special circumstances, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. This cost is prefixed when you process your return request and will be deducted from the refund total.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
